As a challenger brand with a limited media budget ecobee needed a way to stand out in in a competitive category. Over a two year period I lead a team of internal and external contributors in the creation of the ecobee brand book. First, I developed and aligned leadership to the strategic positioning. Then, I then brought contributors together from across the organization to define the elements we would need to bring ecobee to life.
